Cancellation Policy 

Our Cancellation Policy: Please kindly cancel within 24 hours of fill appointment  & 48 hours of Full Set appointment to avoid charge of 100% of appointment fee  Multiple last minute cancelations over time will result in 100% of appointment fee, followed by no longer being pre-booked.

If you no show/no call, you will be charged full amount of service, & you must pre-pay for next appointment before booking, no exceptions. Second time no-showing, you will no longer be allowed to book an appointment. You will receive a reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment time via text or email & 3 hours prior.

We require a non-refundable / non-transferable deposit for all full sets. We require a credit card on hold for all pre-booked appointments. 


If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, please let us know within 3 days so that we may try to troubleshoot with you.  We do not offer refunds for services rendered, but we will be happy to restyle/correct any challenges you may be having as soon as we can get you back in for an appointment.  

*Please note, if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we will try to accommodate you within 15 minutes of your regular appointment time. You will be charged the full amount for the appointment & we cannot guarantee that your lashes will be as full.
